Monday Night Football Props: Best Props & Odds For Eagles vs. Seahawks

The NFL playoff picture continues to evolve as we get ready for Week 14. There are big favorites to reach the postseason in both conferences, including the Dolphins and Ravens in the AFC and the 49ers and Eagles in the NFC.

Behind the leaders, competitive races are underway for the remaining spots, while the clock is beginning to tick loudly for the squads with more ground to make up. Each week, we review the current NFL playoff odds and examine what the seeds and matchups would look like if the playoffs started today.

AFC playoff odds in Week 14

Based on the current standings, here’s how the seeds and matchups would shake out on the AFC side of the postseason bracket:

The Dolphins, Ravens, and Chiefs are all favored in the latest division odds. They’re also heavy favorites to make it to the postseason in general, so much so that many of the top online sportsbooks are no longer offering odds on their chances. Further down the list, the picture isn’t as clear-cut. Here are the current odds for the remaining realistic AFC contenders.

The Jaguars remain in first place in the AFC South, but the club took an upset loss to the Bengals last time out, with Trevor Lawrence suffering a high ankle sprain. It’ll be C.J. Beathard under center if Lawrence misses any time. Jacksonville is 8-4, with both Indianapolis and Houston a game off the pace.

In the battle for the wild card spots, the Steelers, Browns, Colts, and Texans share matching records of 7-5. The Broncos, Bengals, and Bills are right behind that group at 6-6. Conference games down the stretch will carry a lot of weight, to say the least. Add it all up, and the final four spots in the AFC appear to be up for grabs.

This week, there are a few AFC vs. AFC matchups that could have an impact on both the standings and playoff odds based on the results.

NFC playoff odds in Week 14

Here are the NFC seeds and matchups based on the latest standings.

There are big favorites to reach the postseason on this side of the bracket as well. The Eagles, 49ers, Lions, and Cowboys are heavy favorites to make it, and odds on their chances are no longer available at many books. Just like the AFC, the picture becomes much more cloudy for the remaining playoff contenders.

The Falcons have taken over the lead in the NFC South. The club has won two straight to get to 6-6 and is the betting favorite to win it in the latest division odds. The Saints and Buccaneers are right behind them at 5-7, with New Orleans riding a three-game skid. Meanwhile, the race could shake up even further as Atlanta and Tampa Bay meet this week.

The chase for wild card spots remains competitive. In addition to the NFC South squads, four 6-6 teams are in the mix: Vikings, Packers, Rams, and Seahawks. The conference hierarchy appears clear, but the battle to reach the postseason is shaping up to be intense. Just like the AFC side, conference battles will have high stakes the rest of the way.

There are three NFC vs. NFC games this week that have the potential to shake up the landscape:

Projected Super Bowl 58 matchups for Week 14

As we hit the stretch run of the regular season, betting odds on the winner of Super Bowl 58 continue to move. At most legal online sportsbooks, just six teams have odds of +1000 or less to win the big game.

Based on the latest odds, potential matchups for Super Bowl 58 include the following:

All six contenders are in action this week, with the 49ers, Ravens, and Dolphins currently big favorites to win their respective games. The Chiefs will be at home to take on the Bills, while the Eagles and Cowboys square off in an NFC East showdown. Behind the above favorites on the odds board, the Lions are the next team up and travel to face the Bears.
