The Chicago Bears are 4-8 and coming off a bye week. The team is last in the NFC North, with a record of 2-3 at home this season. Chicago picked up a 12-10 road win over the Vikings on Monday night to head into the bye week with a victory.

The Indianapolis Colts got a big overtime win on the road against the Titans on Sunday, 31-28. QB Gardner Minshew threw for 312 yards and two TDs. RT Braden Smith was knocked out of the game with a knee injury on the team’s opening drive and did not return. His status this week isn’t clear yet. The Colts are 7-5, sitting just behind Jacksonville in the AFC South.
The Cincinnati Bengals got back to .500 with an overtime road win on Monday night, beating the Jaguars 34-31 to move to 6-6 on the season. QB Jake Browning had his best game since taking over for the injured Joe Burrow, throwing for 354 yards and one TD while running in another one. WR Tee Higgins returned to the lineup for the first time in a month and finished with three catches in the game.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Cleveland Browns

The Jacksonville Jaguars dropped to 8-4 with a home loss to Cincinnati in overtime on Monday night and also saw QB Trevor Lawrence go down injured late in the game. Lawrence suffered a high-ankle sprain and is aggressively rehabbing the injury, but it’s still unclear if he’ll be able to play this week. CJ Beathard is the backup in the event that Lawrence can’t play, but the team currently has no third QB on the roster. WR Christian Kirk also suffered an injury and is out. He could miss the rest of the season with a groin injury. CB Tre Herndon is questionable with a concussion.
The Cleveland Browns slipped to 7-5 with a 36-19 road loss to the Rams on Sunday. Joe Flacco got the start with Dorian Thompson-Robinson still in the concussion protocol. Despite being signed only recently, Flacco threw for 254 yards with two touchdowns and one INT. WR Amari Cooper left the game with what appeared to be a concussion and is questionable for this week.
Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints

The Carolina Panthers lost by a score of 21-18 on the road against Tampa Bay on Sunday, slipping to 1-11 on the season. QB Bryce Young threw for 178 yards with one interception in the loss. The Panthers are missing two tight ends, with starter Hayden Hurst out indefinitely with a concussion and Tommy Tremble inactive with a hip issue.
The New Orleans Saints fell to 5-7 with a 33-28 loss at home against the Lions on Sunday. QB Derek Carr threw for 226 yards with one TD and one INT before being knocked out of the game and evaluated for a concussion. Jameis Winston filled in as the backup, completing two passes on five attempts for 41 yards. Carr’s status for this week’s game isn’t yet clear.

WR Tank Dell left the game with what X-rays confirmed as a fractured fibula, and he could miss the remainder of the season.
The New York Jets fell to 4-8 on the season with a 13-8 home loss against the Falcons on Sunday. QB Tim Boyle threw for 148 yards with one interception before being benched in favor of Trevor Siemian, who finished with five completions on 13 attempts and 66 total passing yards. Zach Wilson will be back under center as the team’s starter this week. RB Breece Hall did not practice on Wednesday and is questionable for this game.

The Baltimore Ravens are 9-3 after a bye in Week 13. Baltimore leads the AFC North and has won two straight games headed into the week off. QB Lamar Jackson has thrown for three TDs over the last three games. The Ravens are 4-2 at home this season.

WR DK Metcalf hauled in all three TD passes in the loss. LB Jordyn Brooks suffered an ankle sprain and is questionable this week. RB Kenneth Walker could return to the lineup in time for this game.
The San Francisco 49ers improved to 9-3 with a 42-19 road win over the Eagles on Sunday. QB Brock Purdy had a big day, throwing for 314 yards and four TDs. RB Christian McCaffrey ran for one touchdown and 93 yards on 17 carries, surpassing 1,000 rushing yards on the season. The 49ers have not lost since returning from their bye week. DT Arik Armstead didn’t practice on Wednesday and could be out for this game.

DE Von Miller turned himself into police this past week on an arrest warrant related to an assault charge, but is reportedly free to play this week.
The Kansas City Chiefs slipped to 8-4 on Sunday night with a 27-19 road loss to the Packers. QB Patrick Mahomes threw for 210 yards with one TD and one INT, while RB Isiah Pacheco ran for 110 yards and one touchdown. LB Drue Tranquill suffered a concussion in the game and will have to clear protocol in order to play in this game. S Bryan Cook was carted off the field with an ankle injury and is questionable. LT Donovan Smith is also questionable with a neck injury and did not practice on Wednesday. Rookie T Wanya Morris could take his place.
Denver Broncos at Los Angeles Chargers

The Denver Broncos slipped to 6-6 with a 22-17 road loss to the Texans on Sunday. QB Russell Wilson threw for one TD and 186 yards but was also picked off three times, including an interception in the end zone to end the game on Denver’s final drive. CB Patrick Surtain seemed to suffer a knee injury in the game but returned after an evaluation. His status for this week isn’t yet clear.
The Los Angeles Chargers picked up a 6-0 win on the road against the Patriots on Sunday, improving to 5-7 on the season. QB Justin Herbert threw for 212 yards in the win, but it was the defensive shutout that carried the day as neither team scored in the entire second half. WR Keenan Allen was questionable after missing practices with a thigh contusion, but he suited up and finished with five catches for 58 yards.
Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys

Dallas has won four straight and has not lost since the 28-23 defeat in Philadelphia the last time these two teams met in early November.
