Week 2 of the NFL season brought some surprising upsets, which in turn have had a ripple effect on 2025 Super Bowl odds. From the New Orleans Saints climbing up the odds board to the Philadelphia Eagles slipping down, there’s been plenty of movement after the first two weeks of regular season play.
Below, we’ll take a look at some of the more interesting line movements in Super Bowl futures as the schedule turns to NFL Week 3 games. Super Bowl betting sites will be adjusting lines as the season goes on.
Top movers after NFL Week 2
Buffalo Bills gain steam after win against Miami
- Last week’s odds: +1700
- Current odds: +1200
The Bills have looked impressive while getting off to a 2-0 start. A one-sided win over the Miami Dolphins on Thursday Night Football last week brought a significant jump in Super Bowl odds. Just as encouraging for the team has been the play of QB Josh Allen, who’s also moved up the board in NFL MVP odds. Allen struggled with turnovers last season, throwing more interceptions than all but one other quarterback. So far this season, he has yet to throw a pick.
Philadelphia Eagles drop home opener vs. Atlanta
- Last week’s odds: +1100
- This week’s odds: +1300
The Eagles stumbled at home on Monday Night Football, blowing a late lead en route to a 22-21 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Philadelphia’s odds have dipped slightly after the team’s Week 1 win over the Green Bay Packers had suggested reasons for optimism. The defense surrendered 385 total yards of offense against Atlanta, including a fourth-quarter drive that revived last season’s concerns about the team’s secondary.
Baltimore Ravens start season 0-2, fall in Super Bowl odds
- Last week’s odds: +1200
- Current odds: +1500
The Ravens are off to an 0-2 start that may look slightly worse than it really is. Their season-opening loss was a narrow one, and it came on the road against the defending Super Bowl champs. But their Week 2 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders at home is more worrisome. Despite holding the Raiders to just 27 rushing yards, the team gave up 13 points in the fourth quarter.
New Orleans Saints start 2-0 with a blowout win vs. Dallas
- Last week’s odds: +6500
- Current odds: +3500
The Saints have been one of the biggest surprises in the first two weeks of the season, charging out to a 2-0 start. No team has scored more points through the first two weeks, and no team has a better point differential than New Orleans, which has outscored opponents 91-29. The first victory was a blowout of the Carolina Panthers, which was somewhat expected. But a 44-19 road win over the Dallas Cowboys — a team that was the best in the league at home a season ago — has forced people to sit up and take notice.
Dallas Cowboys fall after loss to Saints
- Last week’s odds: +1500
- Current odds: +2000
The Cowboys started this season with high hopes after signing QB Dak Prescott and WR CeeDee Lamb to huge new deals, but an ugly Week 2 loss to the Saints served as a reality check. Prescott was picked off twice in the loss, and the defense gave up 432 yards, an average of 7.7 per play.
Arizona Cardinals rise with Win against Rams
- Last week’s odds: +12500
- Current odds: +7000
The Cardinals are still a long way from being anything resembling a Super Bowl favorite, but after playing the Bills close in Week 1 and then blowing out the Los Angeles Rams 41-10 in Week 2, the team is forcing people to take it more seriously. Last week’s win also highlighted the potential of rookie WR Marvin Harrison Jr., the team’s top draft pick, who scored two TDs with 130 receiving yards on just four catches.
