What happened at the last 49ers vs. Chiefs Super Bowl? 

This is a rematch from Super Bowl 54, which the Chiefs won by a score of 31-20. Kansas City was the second seed in the AFC and advanced with wins over the Bills, Texans, and Titans. San Francisco had a bye through the opening round as the NFC’s top seed and took down the Vikings and Packers to punch its big game ticket in 2020.
