The Buffalo Bills routed the Commanders 37-3 on the road Sunday. QB Josh Allen threw for 218 yards and one TD with one interception. He also ran for another touchdown and 46 rushing yards on three carries. The Bills’ defense logged nine sacks and five total turnovers, including four interceptions. WR Stefon Diggs caught eight passes for 111 yards, as the Bills won their second straight after a disappointing start to the season in Week 1. Buffalo is largely healthy headed into this week, with only T Ryan Bates getting banged up in Sunday’s win with a minor ankle injury that’s day-to-day. Defensive backs Siran Neal and Taron Johnson are both listed as questionable. S Jordan Poyer is out for this game.
The Miami Dolphins improved to 3-0 with another huge day on offense, beating the Broncos 70-20 at home on Sunday in a game that saw Miami score the most points in any NFL contest since 1966. Tua Tagovailoa threw for 309 yards and four TDs, and the Dolphins didn’t turn the ball over once. The running game accounted for five TDs, with RB Devon Achane running for 203 yards with two scores and Raheem Mostert adding three TDs of his own. WR Jaylen Waddle missed Sunday’s game with a concussion, but has been cleared to return. WR River Cracraft left this game with a shoulder injury and has been added to the IR. The point total for this game has edged up slightly since Miami’s 70-point outing on Sunday.
Denver Broncos at Chicago Bears

The Denver Broncos were battered 70-20 on the road against the Dolphins on Sunday, dropping to 0-3 to start the season. Russell Wilson threw for 306 yards with one TD and one interception. Denver coughed up three total turnovers, including two costly fumbles on promising drives, and the defense surrendered 726 total yards, including 350 yards rushing. LB Josey Jewell, the Broncos’ leading tackler, left the game in the first half with a groin injury and didn’t return. He’s out for Week 4, along with LB Frank Clark and DT Mike Purcell.
The Chicago Bears couldn’t get anything going on the road in Kansas City on Sunday and ended up dropping to 0-3 on a 41-10 loss. QB Justin Fields had just 99 yards passing, with one TD and one interception. The Bears finished with just over 200 yards of total offense and two turnovers, while giving up 456 total yards. DBs Eddie Jackson and Jaylon Johnson are both questionable for Sunday’s game. WR Chase Claypool has been benched after publicly suggesting he wasn’t being used correctly in the Bears’ offense.
Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns

The Baltimore Ravens lost their first game of the season last week, 22-19 in overtime against the Colts at home. Lamar Jackson threw for 202 yards and also ran for another 96 yards and two rushing TDs, but he couldn’t capitalize on good field position in overtime with multiple chances. The Ravens came in missing multiple players, including two offensive linemen. WR Odell Beckham Jr. has been ruled out, as has WR Rashod Bateman. LB David Ojabo left the game early with an injury and is out for Week 4, along with two other defensive players.
The Cleveland Browns romped to a lopsided 27-3 win at home against the Titans on Sunday. QB Deshaun Watson threw for 289 yards and two TDs, but is questionable this week with an ailing shoulder. With RB Nick Chubb out for the season, the Browns settled for 78 total rushing yards with seven players logging carries in this game. RB Kareem Hunt was re-signed by the club last week and had seven total touches in his return, but he did not practice on Wednesday and is currently questionable with a rib injury. The Cleveland defense is currently the best in the NFL, holding opponents to 163.7 yards per game and 10.7 points. T Drew Forbes is on the non-football-related injury list, while T James Hudson is questionable with an ankle injury.
Cincinnati Bengals at Tennessee Titans

The Cincinnati Bengals got their first win of the season on Monday night, beating the Rams 19-16 at home. QB Joe Burrow was questionable for the game due to a lingering calf injury, but he made the start anyway and threw for 259 yards with one interception. Joe Mixon scored the team’s lone TD on a 14-yard run. TE Irv Smith missed Monday’s game and is out for Week 4. WR Charlie Jones is dealing with a thumb issue and is also out.
The Tennessee Titans fell to 1-2 after taking a 27-3 beating on the road against the Browns last week. QB Ryan Tannehill was 13-of-25 for 104 yards and got sacked five times, while RB Derrick Henry carried the ball 11 times for only 20 yards. Tennessee may be considering some shakeups on the offensive line, which has struggled so far, but the team is still waiting for G Peter Skoronski to return from an appendectomy and give the team more options on the line, but offensive linemen Josh Jones and Laremy Tunsil are both out. The Titans currently have four defensive players listed as questionable this week.
Los Angeles Rams at Indianapolis Colts

The Los Angeles Rams dropped to 1-2 on the season after a 19-16 road loss against the Bengals on Monday night. Matthew Stafford threw two interceptions and one touchdown, with 269 yards through the air, as the Rams converted on just one of 11 third-down attempts. Offensive linemen Joe Noteboom and Alaric Jackson are both questionable for Week 4 with leg injuries. WR Puka Nacua, the team’s leading receiver, is dealing with an oblique issue, but has received the OK to play.
The Indianapolis Colts improved to 2-1 last week with an overtime win on the road against the Ravens, 22-19. Gardner Minshew threw for 227 yards and one TD with Anthony Richardson out due to a concussion. Richardson returned to full practice on Wednesday and has received clearance to play Sunday. OG Will Fries is questionable for Week 4 for undisclosed reasons. C Ryan Kelly also returned to practice after being in the concussion protocol, but is listed as out for this game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered their first loss of the season in a 25-11 defeat at home against the Eagles on Monday night. The offense struggled to get going against a tough Philadelphia defense, logging just 174 yards as QB Baker Mayfield had 146 yards through the air with one TD and one interception. Tampa Bay is listing four defensive players as questionable for Week 4, including two defensive backs. CB Carlton Davis III returned to practice on Wednesday after missing two weeks with a toe injury. DT Calijah Kancey is out for this game.
The New Orleans Saints carried a 17-0 lead into the fourth quarter on Sunday but surrendered 18 points in the final frame to lose their first game of the season, 18-17 on the road against the Packers. QB Derek Carr threw for 103 yards and a TD but left the game with a shoulder injury. His replacement, Jameis Winston, added 101 yards on 16 pass attempts. Carr did not practice on Wednesday but is expected to start this game. The Saints lost RG Cesar Ruiz to a concussion, and he is out for Week 4. RB Alvin Kamara returned to practice this week after missing the first three games due to a suspension.
Washington Commanders at Philadelphia Eagles

The Washington Commanders got throttled at home by the Bills on Sunday, going down 37-3 for their first loss of the season. QB Sam Howell threw four interceptions and was sacked nine times. RB Brian Robinson Jr. was a rare bright spot for Washington in the game, averaging seven yards per carry (70 yards on 10 carries). The Commanders committed five total turnovers in the game and converted on just one third down in nine attempts. TE Logan Thomas was inactive for the game due to a concussion suffered in Week 2 and remains in the concussion protocol. TE Kaden Smith is on the IR.
The Philadelphia Eagles improved to 3-0 with a 25-11 road win over the previously unbeaten Buccaneers on Monday night. Jalen Hurts finished with two interceptions but also had 277 passing yards with one TD through the air and another on the ground. Philadelphia’s defense held the Bucs to just 41 rushing yards and 174 total yards on offense. RB Boston Scott missed Week 3 with a concussion but was a full participant in Wednesday’s practice and has since been cleared. WR Quez Watkins missed last week and has been ruled out for this game.
Minnesota Vikings at Carolina Panthers

The Minnesota Vikings fell to 0-3 with a 28-24 home loss on Sunday against the Chargers. Kirk Cousins again put up big numbers, throwing for 367 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. The running game also saw improvements, totaling 130 yards, with 93 of that coming from Alexander Mattison. But the Vikings failed to find the end zone on two different possessions in the final three minutes and came up short again for a third straight loss by less than a touchdown. C Garrett Bradbury, LB Marcus Davenport, and S Josh Metellus are all listed as questionable this week.
The Carolina Panthers fell to 0-3 after a 37-27 road loss against the Seahawks on Sunday. QB Andy Dalton filled in for the injured rookie QB Bryce Young and threw for 361 yards and two TDs, but the Panthers’ running game managed just 44 yards in the loss. QB Jake Luton was elevated from the practice squad to serve as Dalton’s backup. Young now appears likely to be back in the starting role for Sunday’s game. WR Jonathan Mingo missed practice on Wednesday due to a concussion.
Pittsburgh Steelers at Houston Texans

The Pittsburgh Steelers got a win on the road against the Raiders on Sunday night, 23-18. Kenny Pickett threw for 235 yards and two TDs as the Pittsburgh offense showed the first real signs of life so far this season. The defense continued to lead the way, with T.J. Watt picking up half the team’s four sacks in the game and the Steelers intercepting three passes. Pittsburgh is still missing several offensive weapons, with WR Gunner Olszewski inactive last week and questionable this week, and WR Diontae Johnson on the IR with an expected return of Week 7.
The Houston Texans got their first win of the season and rookie QB C.J. Stroud had his best game so far, throwing for 280 yards and two TDs en route to a 37-17 win on the road over the Jaguars. WR Tank Dell had five catches for 145 yards and a TD. The Texans were missing three of five starters in the defensive backfield, and six offensive linemen are currently on IR. T Laremy Tunsil was out with a knee injury, but he could return for Week 4.
Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers

The Las Vegas Raiders fell to 1-2 with the 23-18 home loss against the Steelers on Sunday night. Turnovers continue to be an issue, with QB Jimmy Garoppolo throwing three interceptions on the day to run his season total so far to a league-high six. Garoppolo was sacked four times, including one hard shot that appeared to leave him shaky afterward. Garoppolo has since entered the league’s concussion protocol. The team is expected to start rookie Aidan O’Connell under center on Sunday.
The Los Angeles Chargers got their first win of the season on Sunday, pulling off a 28-24 road win against the Vikings. Justin Herbert threw for 405 yards and three TDs, while WR Keenan Allen hauled in 18 passes for 205 yards. RB Austin Ekeler returned to practice on Wednesday in a limited fashion for the first time since his ankle injury in the team’s opener, and could possibly play this week. WR Mike Williams caught seven passes for 121 yards and a touchdown on Sunday, but suffered a knee injury in the third quarter and is out for the season with a torn ACL.
New England Patriots at Dallas Cowboys

The New England Patriots got their first win of the season with a 15-10 road victory over the Jets on Sunday. Mac Jones threw for 201 yards and one TD, while RB Ezekiel Elliott picked up 80 yards on 16 carries. The Patriots finished the game without a turnover for the first time this season and more than doubled the Jets’ total offense in the win. G Sidy Sow is still in the concussion protocol after missing Week 3. DT Daniel Ekuale is receiving evaluation for a torn biceps, which could put him out for an extended period of time.
The Dallas Cowboys lost a shocker on the road against the Cardinals on Sunday, 28-16. After coming in as a huge favorite, Dallas struggled to get going early and went into halftime down 21-10. Dak Prescott threw for 249 yards with one TD, but a costly interception in the end zone doomed Dallas’ comeback hopes in the fourth quarter. CB Trevon Diggs is on the IR with an ACL injury. A total of four Dallas offensive linemen missed practice this week and are questionable for Sunday’s game.
Arizona Cardinals at San Francisco 49ers

The Arizona Cardinals pulled off the biggest upset of the weekend, beating the previously undefeated Cowboys at home for their first win of the season, 28-16. For the second week in a row, Arizona jumped out to a big lead, but this time it didn’t let it slip away in the second half. QB Joshua Dobbs threw for 189 yards and one TD, and the Cardinals didn’t turn the ball over. The Arizona defense also held the top offense in the league to just one touchdown despite having both SS Budda Baker and DE Carlos Watkins on injured reserve until Week 7. LB Josh Woods is questionable with an ankle injury.
The San Francisco 49ers beat the Giants at home on Thursday night, improving to 3-0 on the season. Brock Purdy finished with two TDs and 310 yards through the air. RB Christian McCaffrey ran for his third TD in as many games and is averaging 117.7 rushing yards per game so far this season. WR Deebo Samuel, the team’s leading receiver, is questionable for this game with a rib injury and did not practice on Wednesday. WR Brandon Aiyuk is also questionable while still dealing with a shoulder injury.
Kansas City Chiefs at New York Jets

The Kansas City Chiefs hammered the Bears at home on Sunday in a game that was effectively over by halftime. Patrick Mahomes had 272 yards passing and three touchdowns through the air in the first half, but he seemed somewhat hobbled after getting his leg rolled up on late in the second quarter. QB Blaine Gabbert threw two interceptions after coming on in relief in the second half, but by then the Chiefs had the game well in hand. Mahomes appears likely to be good to go for this week. LB Nick Bolton is questionable with an ankle injury. T Prince Tega Wanogho is on the IR and not likely to return until Week 8.
The New York Jets slipped to 1-2 with their second straight loss of the season in an ugly 15-10 defeat at home against the Patriots. Zach Wilson threw for 157 yards and was 18-of-36 on the day, as New York was kept out of the end zone until the fourth quarter but gave up a safety in the final three minutes to seal it. Wilson remains the starter, but the team did sign veteran QB Trevor Siemian to bolster the ranks. The Jets had to shuffle the offensive line around with LT Duane Brown on the IR; he’s not expected to return until Week 8. G Wes Schweitzer is in the league’s concussion protocol.
Seattle Seahawks at New York Giants

The Seattle Seahawks improved to 2-1 on Sunday with a 37-27 home victory over the Panthers. Geno Smith threw for 296 yards with one TD and one interception. WR DK Metcalf had a season-high 112 yards on six catches, while the defense held Carolina to just 44 rushing yards. The Seahawks came into this game missing four defensive backs due to injury, and they did give up two TDs and 361 yards through the air. SS Jamal Adams is questionable for Week 4, as is TE Will Dissly.
The New York Giants lost their second game of the season on the road against the 49ers on Thursday night. QB Daniel Jones threw for just 137 yards with one interception, and the New York running game was held to 29 yards on the ground for the game. The team was riddled with injuries coming into the contest, including RB Saquon Barkley missing Week 3 with an ankle issue. The Giants are hopeful Barkley could return for Monday night, but he was limited in practice this week and will likely be a game-time decision.
