Anytime touchdown scorer odds

Isiah Pacheco

Isiah Pacheco returned to the lineup last week after missing nine games with a leg injury, and just like that, he is back in the NFL betting conversation as the biggest anytime touchdown favorite on Sunday night with +110 odds.

Pacheco did not score a touchdown in his return against the Raiders, and he only carried the ball seven times as Kansas City eked out the win. That was the same number of touches his backup, Kareem Hunt, had on an extremely inefficient day, totaling just 2.1 yards per carry.

Pacheco’s role should increase this week. The Chargers notably are giving up the second-most rushing touchdowns per game this season.

Kareem Hunt

Hunt has the next shortest anytime touchdown odds, at +125.

While Pacheco’s role is expected to increase, Hunt’s earned a role with his former team in the starting running back’s absence. Given the two split carries last week and his opponent’s knack for giving up touchdowns to running backs, Hunt could easily find the end zone as well.

Hunt has scored in five of his nine games this season but has not found the end zone since Week 9.

Gus Edwards

Next on this list is another running back with a newfound role.

Gus Edwards is expected to start his second game in a row for J.K. Dobbins, who is nursing an MCL injury.

Edwards is +160 to find the end zone on Sunday Night Football, which are the shortest odds for any Charger. Edwards has only scored one touchdown all season and only got six carries last week in a low-scoring win against Atlanta. That was still the most of any Charger.

Los Angeles’ sole rushing attempt inside the red zone went to his teammate Kimani Vidal, who is not currently listed in bet365’s anytime touchdown scorer market.

Travis Kelce

At +162, Travis Kelce has the fourth shortest anytime touchdown odds in this game.

The Chiefs tight end has only scored twice this season, an outlier in his Hall of Fame career. Given his high public profile, however, Kelce is typically one of the most popular NFL players to bet on any given Sunday, which keeps his odds lower.

Kelce is averaging 1.5 red zone targets per game this season, which is slightly down from last season but still leading all tight ends in 2024.

He faces a tough matchup, however, as the Chargers have given up the third-fewest touchdowns to tight ends this season.

Ladd McConkey

Ladd McConkey rounds out the top five with +175 odds to score a touchdown on Sunday night.

Despite sharing the field with larger receivers, McConkey has been quarterback Justin Herbert’s favorite target in the red zone, making up 31.6% of all targets inside the 20, according to fantasypros.com.

McConkey has scored four times already as a rookie and faces a Kansas City defense that has given up the third most receiving touchdowns at home this year.
