The Cincinnati Bengals (1-3) got in the win column last week, and they’ll look to keep that momentum going when the red-hot Baltimore Ravens (2-2) visit this Sunday. Kickoff for this AFC North faceoff will be 1 p.m. ET at Paycor Stadium, with CBS on the broadcast.
The Ravens are 2.5-point favorites at most books and are at -145 on the moneyline in NFL Week 5 odds. The over/under line is relatively high at 50.5 points, with both offenses playing well in recent weeks. Below we cover a Maryland sportsbook promo and an Ohio sportsbook promo for the game.

Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati receivers have hit their stride, but the Bengals’ defense is in disarray. After losing D.J. Reader in free agency, the Bengals have struggled to stop the run, with both starting defensive tackles Sheldon Rankins and B.J. Hill hobbled by hamstring injuries. Standout defensive end Trey Hendrickson is also dealing with a neck injury, and offensive tackle Trent Brown (knee) is on season-ending injured reserve.
Baltimore blew a 10-point lead at home in Week 2, then responded by blowing out Dallas on the road before nearly coughing up a 17-point lead in Week 3. There was no letup in Week 4, when they rushed for 271 yards in a 35-10 blowout win over Buffalo.

Player props for Ravens vs. Bengals
How Derrick Henry could get over 85.5 rushing yards
This is a large number for the average tailback in the NFL, but King Henry appears to be primed for a career year with the Baltimore Ravens. After a slow start in a negative game script against the Chiefs, Henry is averaging 144.7 rushing yards on 22.3 carries per game over his last three outings, and he’s racked up 350 rushing yards at 7.1 yards per carry in his last two starts.
The Cincinnati Bengals just gave up 155 rushing yards to the Panthers, including 104 to Chuba Hubbard, despite leading throughout most of that game. If Rankins, Hill, and Hendrickson are limited or inactive, it could be even tougher for the Bengals to slow Henry.
How Derrick Henry could get under 85.5 rushing yards
Expect the unexpected in rivalry games. Henry is coming off a huge game, and the Bengals couldn’t stop the run last week, yet the NFL has a way of turning everything upside down on a week-to-week basis. Henry’s huge line last week received a significant boost from an opening 87-yard touchdown run and an extremely positive game script.
Joe Burrow and the Bengals’ passing attack could have more early success than Baltimore’s last two opponents, and if the Ravens have to throw at a higher rate, we’ve seen Justice Hill take a significant number of snaps from Henry and Lamar Jackson take it on himself to scramble for yardage rather than handing it off.
How Joe Burrow could get over 257.5 passing yards
Is Burrow due for a big game? Since he shredded the Ravens for 525 passing yards in December of 2021, he’s at just 186.8 passing yards per game over his last four starts against Baltimore. Yet the Ravens’ secondary is now closer to the struggling unit he faced in 2021 than the dominant unit that confused and stifled opponents last season under coordinator Mike Macdonald.
Baltimore is allowing the fourth-most passing yards per game (257.5) and, more importantly, faces the second-highest pass-play rate (67.9%) because its league-leading run defense allows nothing on the ground. Cincinnati is highly dependent on Burrow, and he has weapons on the outside in Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase to thrive in any matchup.
How Joe Burrow could get under 257.5 passing yards
The Ravens’ defense turned in its best performance of the season by far last Sunday, holding MVP candidate Josh Allen to just 180 passing yards. It’s possible new defensive coordinator Zach Orr needed a few weeks to hit his stride in his first season as a defensive play-caller. Kyle Hamilton is a wild card at safety, and the Ravens have solid cornerbacks in Marlon Humphrey and Brandon Stephens.
Familiarity with the Bengals’ passing attack has helped the Ravens hold Burrow in check in four straight outings. If they’re able to limit Higgins and Chase, the remaining receivers on Cincinnati’s roster are relatively unproven.
