Cooper Flagg, the expected No. 1 pick in the next NBA draft, is back on the court and leading Duke on a potential March Madness title run. With Flagg (ankle) in the lineup, the Blue Devils have roared to consecutive wins and are now the prohibitive favorites to win the title with +200 odds at most sportsbooks.

Here’s an updated look at March Madness promos and betting specials involving Cooper Flagg and Duke.

Flagg sprained his ankle just over a week before March Madness tipped off but was able to play 22 minutes in a Round of 64 win and ramped up to 29 minutes in Duke’s 89-66 win over No. 9 Baylor on Sunday afternoon.

No. 1 Duke (-9.5) faces No. 4 Arizona in the Sweet 16 at 9:39 p.m. ET on Thursday with CBS on the broadcast. The total is set at 152.5 points for the game, and Duke is getting -425 odds on the moneyline with an implied team total of 80.5 points

Flagg finished the regular season with averages of 18.9 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.5 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 48.8% from the floor.

Duke is getting -185 odds to win the East Region and reach the Final Four. DraftKings is offering a special price on Duke and No. 1 overall seed Auburn vs. the field (-160) with +130 odds on either of those top seeds to win it all. The same special offers the field (-130) vs. any SEC team to win the title, and Duke would qualify as the ACC champion.

Most books also have an option for betting on which NBA team will draft Cooper Flagg. He is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick if he declares for the draft, but the star forward has left the door open for a return to Duke.

Best bet for Cooper Flagg in March Madness

Final Four Most Outstanding Player (+370 at FanDuel)

Flagg has lived up to the hype at every juncture throughout his early career, and shining on the biggest stage would come as no real surprise. The Blue Devils’ supporting cast should help him reach the Final Four, with Duke receiving a relatively favorable draw in the East Region.

Flagg’s game is less dependent on outside shooting since he can score at all three levels and make a significant impact with his defense. If he wins a head-to-head matchup against another star in the national championship, it will be hard for voters to pick another candidate for this award.
