Cooper Flagg, the expected No. 1 pick in the next NBA draft, is back on the court and leading Duke on a potential March Madness title run. Most books also have an option for betting on which NBA team will draft Cooper Flagg. He is expected to be the No. 1 overall pick if he declares for the draft, but the star forward has left the door open for a return to Duke.
