Resilient Vikings face rebuilding Bears

The Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Bears are both coming off Week 11 losses. The Vikings lost 21-20 on the road against the Denver Broncos. The Bears came up short against the Detroit Lions on the road, 31-26. The Vikings allowed 12 points in the fourth quarter and scored just three. Quarterback Joshua Dobbs had 221 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. The Vikings and Bears close out Week 12 on Monday Night Football.

The Bears allowed two touchdowns and a safety in the final three minutes of their matchup, getting outscored 17-6 in the final quarter. In this NFC North game, both teams will look to bounce back after close losses.

Bears’ defense looking to slow down Dobbs, Addison

The Bears may be able to play this game without facing Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson, who’s questionable for Monday Night Football. Still, they’ll have to contend with Dobbs and wide receiver Jordan Addison. This season, in his games for the Vikings, Dobbs has thrown a touchdown in all three appearances.

Vikings’ path to victory likely includes a clean game from Dobbs

In Week 11, the Vikings lost by just one point, and Dobbs had an interception. The Chicago defense has had issues this season, but it did have three interceptions against the Lions and Jared Goff in Week 11.
