Player props for Bills vs. Ravens

How Josh Allen could get over 1.5 passing TDs

Through the first three weeks of the season, Josh Allen has seven passing touchdowns: two in Week 1, one in Week 2, and four in Week 3. So he’s had two or more in two of three games. In Week 2, he didn’t need to throw a bunch (just 19 attempts), as the Buffalo Bills had three interceptions against the Miami Dolphins.

For the Sunday Night Football matchup, the Ravens are allowing the most passing yards per game this season at 291.7, so Allen, who has 634 passing yards so far, could have ample opportunities to score through the air.

How Josh Allen could get under 1.5 passing TDs

While the Baltimore Ravens are allowing 291.7 passing yards per game, they’ve interestingly kept passing touchdowns off the stat sheet, allowing just 1.3 per game.

They allowed just one against the Kansas City Chiefs and Las Vegas Raiders. Against the Dallas Cowboys on the road, they allowed two.

So we could see Allen hit 300 yards or so, but with the drives finishing off with field goals or running back James Cook finishing things off for a touchdown.

How Derrick Henry could get over 59.5 rushing yards

So far this season, Derrick Henry has 56 rush attempts for 281 yards (5 yards per attempt) and four touchdowns. He’s gone over 60 yards in each of the last two games.

Additionally, the Bills have allowed two running backs to go for 60 yards or more. In Week 1, they held Cardinals running back James Conner to 50 yards.

How Derrick Henry could get under 59.5 rushing yards

Henry has seen an increase in his carries as the weeks have passed, with 13 in Week 1, 18 in Week 2, and 25 in Week 3.

However, Henry’s 25 carries came in a game where the Ravens led throughout despite allowing 19 unanswered points in the fourth quarter.

They’re slight favorites over the Bills, but there are some question marks as to how many carries he’ll get, especially with Lamar Jackson as his quarterback. Jackson has 35 carries this season, which is more than players like Zack Moss, Zamir White, and Jerome Ford. He also has the most carries among all quarterbacks in the league.

Yes, 60 is a more-than-attainable total for a player of Henry’s caliber, but if Jackson finds success running and the Bills hold Henry closer to what they’ve allowed (4.03 yards per carry), it could be a close call.
