How to claim March Madness Elite 8 sportsbook promos

These Elite 8 betting promos are generally easy to claim. Legal Sports Report has the details on how to navigate the steps involved.

A new sportsbook customer must first create a sportsbook account, a process that typically requires basic personal identifying information such as name, e-mail address, and Social Security details. Additionally, if you need a promo code to claim a welcome offer, this is the point in the process where there will typically be a field to enter it.  However, there are other instances where you won’t need a promo code and can instead click on a hyperlink to claim the bonus.

You’ll also often need to make an initial deposit — generally for a minimum of $5 or $10 — to claim any of these Elite 8 sportsbook promos. Once you’ve completed that part of the process, you may also need to make an initial bet for a minimum amount specified in the welcome offer to trigger its benefits.

Best March Madness bet

Florida to reach Final Four (-130 on DraftKings Sportsbook)

Despite Duke’s dominance, the Gators continue to be considered a solid candidate to be the last team standing in March Madness on April 7. While that naturally still qualifies as a bit of a long-shot bet, a wager on Florida getting to the Final Four out of the West Region certainly isn’t.

Todd Golden’s squad made it past Maryland on Thursday after dispatching Norfolk State by a 95-69 score in the opening round and then squeaking past three-peat-seeking UConn by a 77-75 margin in their Round of 32 matchup. While the Gators nearly lost, the final numbers corroborate Florida’s prowess on both ends of the floor.

Florida, which has averaged the third-most points per game (85.4) in the NCAA since the start of the season, shot 46.0%, including 47.4% from 3-point range. Additionally, the Gators held UConn to a 37.5% success rate, including 27.6% from distance, while also forcing 12 turnovers.

Florida’s body of work on defense isn’t anywhere near as aesthetically pleasing as the team’s offensive exploits, but it still holds a No. 77 ranking nationwide in points per game (69.4) and finished the regular season 43rd in the country in turnover rate. The Gators have also held opponents to stingy 39.9% shooting, including 29.3% from behind the arc.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders, who have already been struggling with their normally sharp 3-point shooting in the first two games of the tournament, could have quite a tough matchup versus the Gators’ perimeter defense.

Ultimately, UF’s status as the favorite to emerge from the region is rooted in solid ground, making for an interesting bet in this instance.
