Fanatics has launched Fanatics Sports & Casino, a single app that brings its sportsbook, casino and prediction market products into one account.

The app means one login and one FanCash balance for bettors across the states where each product is live.

With operators offering multiple gaming options across different jurisdictions, consolidating them into one location has been a trend. Fanatics, offering sports betting, online casino and prediction markets, followed suit.

“Sports fans have been asking for a better gaming experience, and this is it,” Fanatics Betting and Gaming CEO Matt King said in a statement. “Fanatics Sports & Casino gives fans across America one app where the experience travels with them, from betting the game, to trading on its biggest moments, to playing casino games.”

Inside the app

The new app consolidates three previously separate products into a single experience, with availability varying by state:

  • Sportsbook: live in 23 states plus Washington, D.C.
  • Casino: available in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
  • Markets: the company’s CFTC-regulated event contracts platform, offered in 22 states and four U.S. territories.

The app automatically detects a customer’s location and adjusts which products are available, so the experience shifts depending on where a bettor is logging in from.

The app also folds in the Fanatics ONE loyalty program and FanCash rewards. Customers can unlock status, benefits and experiences through the loyalty program, and redeem FanCash for merchandise, tickets and collectibles.

“And because it’s Fanatics, every one of those bets, trades or plays earns FanCash; we can uniquely connect what fans play to what fans love in one ecosystem,” King added.

Latest move for a busy Fanatics

Fanatics has been the center of attention before football season, becoming one of the NFL’s official sports betting and online casino partner.

In addition, the operator acquired Water Street Labs in July, which allows Fanatics Markets to own its own exchange and clearinghouse.

The consolidation trend

Fanatics became the third operator to launch an all-in-one platform.

DraftKings launched its Super App in March, linking its sportsbook, online casino, predictions and lottery into one platform. For example, those in New Jersey have access to all four verticals within the app. However, prediction offerings there are limited to non-sports contracts, since sports betting is already legal in New Jersey.

Betr is the other operator to offer a “super app.” The company announced a prediction market deal with Polymarket, which will be available alongside Betr Picks, Betr Social Sportsbook, Betr Social Casino, and Betr Arcade.
