The first sports betting earnings calls of the season will be held before February even starts.
Both PointsBet and BlueBet will hold their fiscal Q2 conference calls in local time on Wednesday morning, or 6:30 pm and 7 pm Eastern time on Tuesday, respectfully.
Both calls are on the lower side of the US sports betting importance scale but could still provide key information. PointsBet could provide an update on the acquisition by Fanatics, while BlueBet recently confirmed it is in acquisition talks with an Australian sports betting company.
When it comes to top-tier importance, the Disney call on the following Wednesday could provide some interesting data points about the first month and a half of ESPN Bet operations.

Those prop-style entries have drawn criticism as unregulated sports betting in a number of states including Michigan and New York.
