There are six college football bowl games this Saturday to kick off bowl season, with betting options available on each contest.
The action begins at 11 a.m. ET with Ohio playing Georgia Southern in the Myrtle Beach Bowl, followed by Louisiana Lafayette and Jacksonville State in the New Orleans Bowl at 2:15 p.m. Appalachian State takes on Miami of Ohio at 3:30 p.m. in the Cure Bowl, and then Fresno State and New Mexico State tangle in the New Mexico Bowl (5:45 p.m.).
The night games feature more star power, with Boise State and UCLA meeting in the LA Bowl (7:30 p.m.) and the Independence Bowl between California and Texas Tech capping the evening at 9:15 p.m.

Receiving yard props for Saturday bowl games
Miami (Ohio) lost starting quarterback Brett Gabbert to a knee injury in the middle of the season, and backup quarterback Aveon Smith is in the portal. Appalachian State is favored with Joey Aguilar coming off a school-record season in terms of passing, and his top target has been Kaedin Robinson.
Perry Carter has caught 34 targets for 603 yards to lead Jacksonville State this season. Jacob Bernard has caught 37 passes for 473 yards to lead Louisiana. He only has one receiving touchdown, however, while three other players have four-plus touchdowns for the Ragin’ Cajuns.

Rushing yard props for Saturday bowl games
Malik Sherrod is averaging 5.8 yards per carry with 876 rushing yards this season to lead Fresno State. The junior is also a threat as a punt returner. New Mexico’s backfield is led by 1,000-yard rusher Jacory Croskey-Merritt, who has 442 rushing yards over the Lobos’ last two games. Tahj Brooks is also opting in for the bowl game this weekend.
