GET UP TO 107.5 GC & 600,000 SC
Our verdict on LoneStar Casino
They say everything’s bigger in Texas, but LoneStar Casino isn’t trying to outsize its rivals. It’s trying to outperform them, and our testing found it mostly does, earning a 4.4/5 overall. The first-purchase offer of $24.99 for 125,000 Gold Coins, 50 free Sweeps Coins, and 250 VIP Points is a strong value, and video poker, craps, and live dealer tables give the game library more depth than most rivals offer. For a site that launched in April 2025, LoneStar is remarkably polished, likely because it’s a sister site of the established RealPrize, and it holds a spot among the best sweepstakes casinos on LSR’s list.
A lot has improved recently. LoneStar now has an iOS app, live chat is open to every player instead of only Gold-tier VIPs, and the rebuilt daily login bonus pays 4.4 free SC across the first week. That app, paired with a clean lobby that keeps live chat one click away, earns a perfect 5.0 for UX. On the prize side, a real gift card redemption reached our inbox in 2.5 days.
Where it’s more ordinary: the 100 SC cash-prize minimum is standard rather than generous, live chat took 19 minutes to connect us with a human, and responsible-gaming limits are set by emailing support rather than through account settings. There’s also no Android app, and several fake “LoneStar” apps on Google Play have nothing to do with the real operator.
Who should play: players who want a strong first-purchase deal, a steady daily SC drip, and table games that are hard to find elsewhere. Who should look elsewhere: Android players who want a native app, and anyone who needs fast answers over live chat.

500+ Games to Play, No Purchase Needed
Quick tip
Keep an eye out for LoneStar’s unadvertised pop-up deal: 15,000 GC and 13 free SC for $2.99. It appeared repeatedly during testing, and it’s the best SC value on the site.
Evidence of what testing found at LoneStar Casino
We didn’t score LoneStar from its marketing. These six moments from hands-on testing shaped the ratings below.
- No-purchase bonus, claimed instantly. After email and phone verification, 100,000 GC and 2.5 SC landed straight in the balance, no promo code required.
- Sweeps Coin play on the welcome bonus. Starting from 2.8 SC, we ran the balance up to about 9 SC on Buffalo Hold ‘n’ Win Extreme 10,000 before it eventually ran dry.
- A real gift card redemption. We redeemed 45 SC for a grocery store gift card through Prizeout, and it took 2.5 days from submission to inbox.
- The rebuilt 7-day login bonus, logged day by day. 0.2 SC on Day 1, 0.4 SC on Days 2 through 6, and a 30,000 GC + 2 SC Grand Prize on Day 6.
- Support tested on two channels. Email resolved a game-loading problem with a reply in about two hours. Live chat took 19 minutes to reach a human.
- Library scan across slots, tables, and live dealer. 612 games from 19 studios, including 12 table games and 8 live dealer titles.
LoneStar Casino sign-up bonus | 4.3/5
LoneStar’s welcome package comes in two parts: a no-purchase bonus every new player gets, and an optional first-purchase offer. Here’s how the key terms break down.
| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| No-purchase bonus | 100,000 GC + 2.5 SC |
| First-purchase bonus | $24.99 for 125,000 GC + 50 SC + 250 VIP Points |
| SC playthrough requirement | 1x |
| Promo code required | No |
| LoneStar Casino legal states | Most of the US; see “Where is LoneStar Casino legal?” below |
The no-purchase bonus arrives once a player confirms their email address and phone number, a standard security step rather than a hurdle. Testing confirmed 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 free Sweeps Coins in the balance right after verification, exactly as advertised, with no purchase or promo code involved. Compared with other sweepstakes casino no deposit bonuses, that’s an above-average opener: the SC amount is solid, and the Gold Coin pile is far bigger than most rivals hand out.
Welcome bonus and first purchase
Three coin packages stood out during testing, including one LoneStar never advertises.
| Package | Price | Gold Coins | Free SC | VIP Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pop-up deal (unadvertised) | $2.99 | 15,000 | 13 | N/A |
| First-purchase offer | $24.99 | 125,000 | 50 | 250 |
| Premium bundle | $99.99 | 500,000 | 105 | 1,000 |
The $24.99 package is the headline deal, delivering 50 free SC for $24.99, a 2x value. The $2.99 pop-up offer kept resurfacing during testing, and at 13 free SC it’s the best SC value on the site by a wide margin.
In play, the welcome Gold Coins go a long way. LoneStar’s Booming Games video poker starts at 10 GC a hand, and a Sweeps Coin session on Buffalo Hold ‘n’ Win Extreme 10,000 took a 2.8 SC balance up to about 9 SC before it ran out. VIP progress was slow early on: 20 hands of Gold Coin video poker left the meter at 0.00%, and 20 SC spins nudged it to 0.01%.
100,000 GC Plus 2.5 Free SC on Sign Up
500+ Games to Play, No Purchase Needed
Bonus terms and conditions
LoneStar’s bonus rules are short and player-friendly. These are the ones worth knowing before you claim.
- No promo code is needed for any offer.
- The SC playthrough requirement is 1x.
- Free Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days of account inactivity.
- Email and phone verification come before the no-purchase bonus is credited.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 4.3 for its sign-up bonus
A big 100,000 GC welcome, a solid 2.5 free SC, and a 1x playthrough put LoneStar in the “above industry average” band. The $24.99 offer’s 2x SC value is strong, but not quite big enough to earn the extra sign-up bonus boost.
LoneStar Casino prize likelihood | 4.1/5
Prize likelihood isn’t about the odds of winning the games themselves. It measures how easily LoneStar lets a player turn Sweeps Coins into a real prize.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Playthrough requirement | 1x |
| Min. cash prize redemption | 100 SC |
| Min. gift card redemption | 45 SC |
| Redemption processing time (per test) | 2.5 days (gift card) |
| Stated processing time | 1-3 business days |
| Daily redemption limit | Up to $10,000 |
These are fair policies, well within the normal range for legit sweepstakes casinos. The 1x playthrough matters most: SC only has to be played through once before it’s redeemable, while anything higher multiplies the work needed to clear winnings.
Redemption methods
Redemptions go out by bank transfer, debit card, Skrill, or gift card through Prizeout.
Minimums, playthrough and taxes
The minimum is 45 SC for a gift card or 100 SC for a cash prize, after a 1x playthrough. Some rivals, such as Hello Millions, set gift card floors as low as 10 SC, while others ask for more than LoneStar does. LoneStar doesn’t publish tax-withholding guidance, so as with any sweepstakes casino, players should keep their own records and talk with a tax professional about prize winnings.
Redemption speed
LoneStar states 1-3 business days. Our gift card redemption took 2.5 days from submission to inbox, and the card was ready to use the moment it arrived.
KYC verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks start at sign-up, where LoneStar verifies both an email address and a phone number before the welcome bonus is credited. We hit no extra friction on the way to our first gift card redemption.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 4.1 for prize likelihood
LoneStar’s strengths are a 1x playthrough, a 45 SC gift card minimum, and a genuine 2.5-day redemption time. However, its standard 100 SC minimum for cash prizes keeps it in the “average” tier, since the prize likelihood boost requires a cash minimum below 100 SC.
How to redeem Sweeps Coins at LoneStar Casino
Turning Sweeps Coins into a prize at LoneStar takes only a few minutes once your account is in order, but skipping a step early on is the most common reason a redemption stalls. Here’s the full process, from verification to the moment your prize arrives, so your first request goes through without delays.
- Verify your identity early. LoneStar confirms your email address and phone number at sign-up, but you can expect to provide a government-issued photo ID, a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and a selfie before your first redemption is approved. Submitting these documents before you request a prize keeps the review from holding up your payout.
- Play through your Sweeps Coins. Every Sweeps Coin needs to be played at least once (a 1x playthrough) before it becomes eligible for redemption. Gold Coins have no prize value and can never be redeemed.
- Check that you meet the minimum. Gift card redemptions through Prizeout start at 45 SC, while cash prizes by bank transfer, debit card or Skrill require at least 100 SC.
- Open the redemption page. Log in and head to the Redeem section of your account menu to start a new request.
- Pick a method and enter an amount. Choose a gift card or a cash option, enter how many Sweeps Coins you want to redeem and add your payout details if you’re requesting cash.
- Review and submit. Double-check the amount and destination before confirming. LoneStar allows only one active redemption at a time, so wait for a pending request to finish before submitting another.
- Watch for your prize. Gift cards are delivered to the email address on your account, and our 45 SC grocery gift card test arrived about 2.5 days after we submitted it. LoneStar lists cash redemptions at one to three business days, though bank transfers can take longer depending on your bank.
LoneStar caps redemptions at up to $10,000 per day, which is more than enough for most players. Keep your own record of every prize you redeem, since LoneStar doesn’t publish tax-withholding guidance, and reach out to live chat if a request sits longer than the expected window. Redemptions are not available to players in LoneStar’s restricted states, so confirm your eligibility before you start playing for prizes.
LoneStar Casino game variety and quality | 4.4/5
LoneStar runs 612 games from 19 studios, including Swintt, RubyPlay, Red Tiger, Relax Gaming, NoLimit City, Playson, and Evolution. That’s mid-sized for the category, but the range of sweepstakes casino games is wide, running from classic fruit machines to Megaways and Hold & Win formats.
Providers (19): 4 The Player, Octopus Global, 777 Reel Riot, Fantasma Games, Rogue, Slotmill, Booming Games, EvoPlay, Kalamba Games, Jini Studios, NoLimit City, Red Rake, Relax Gaming, RubyPlay, Red Tiger, Swintt, M2Play, Playson, Evolution.
LoneStar Casino slots
Slots make up the bulk of the library at about 550 titles, including 7 Megaways games and 30 Hold N Win games. Dragon’s Lock stands out for its expanding lock feature, Blockchain Megaways offers up to 117,649 ways to win, and Buffalo Hold N Win Extreme 10,000 adds multipliers to the jackpot every time they land. Three freeplay titles from Jini Studios sit in an “Infinity Spins” category.
LoneStar Casino table games
There are 12 table games from EvoPlay and Evolution, including video poker, Oasis Poker Classic, Texas Hold’em, craps, and several blackjack variants. Video poker and craps are rare at sweepstakes casinos, and this is the area where LoneStar has grown the most since launch.
LoneStar Casino live dealer games
Evolution powers 8 live dealer titles, including live blackjack and roulette, plus Crash Live and Roulette X.
Standout LoneStar Casino slots
Our current picks are Gold Blitz Extreme (M2Play), King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus (Playson), 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win (Playson) and Mayan Fusion (M2Play). In our testing, we didn’t find any arcade games, fishing games or Immortal Ways slots. If you want those categories, Fortune Wheelz is a better choice for fishing games, and Stake.us has a stronger lineup of arcade-style titles.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 4.4 for game variety and quality
A deep studio lineup, real live dealer tables, and uncommon extras like video poker and craps earn LoneStar the games boost and an “above industry average” score. A mid-sized library and a 95.5% win rate at the low end of the range keep it out of the top tier.
LoneStar Casino win rate and RTP explained
Win rate is close to impossible to pin down exactly at a sweepstakes casino, because the library changes constantly. We use a consistent method: the average RTP of 15 slots from the casino’s most popular lobby section. For LoneStar, that works out to 95.5%, which clears the 95% line considered competitive, but only just. RTP-conscious players should check each game’s info screen before playing.
LoneStar Casino UX and responsible gaming | 5.0/5
LoneStar refreshed its lobby in 2026, replacing vague categories like “America’s Favorites” with clearer rows such as “Everyone’s Playing” and “Top 10 Most Played.” Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin balances sit at the top of the screen, while coin purchases, redemption rules, and live chat live in the left toolbar, and a search bar makes finding a specific game quick. During testing, a few table games initially failed to load but were working again within hours. Slots ran reliably from the start.
App and browser experience at LoneStar
LoneStar launched an iOS app in August 2026. There’s no Android app yet, so Android players use the mobile site, which ran as smoothly as desktop in testing. Android players who want a native app can look at Crown Coins or High 5 Casino.
Warning: about six apps on the Google Play store use the LoneStar name, and none of them come from RealPlay Tech Inc. Only download LoneStar’s app from Apple’s App Store, or play on the official website.
Purchase methods
LoneStar accepts most major payment types for coin purchases, but not every method works in both directions. Here’s what we found for purchases and prize redemptions.
| Method | Coin purchases | Prize redemptions |
|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (credit) | ✅ | ❌ |
| Debit cards | ✅ | ✅ |
| Apple Pay, Google Pay | ✅ | ❌ |
| Skrill | ✅ | ✅ |
| Bank transfer | ❌ | ✅ |
| Gift cards (via Prizeout) | ❌ | ✅ |
Responsible gaming at LoneStar
LoneStar covers the basics on responsible gaming, but most controls still run through its support team rather than the account dashboard.
| Tool | Details |
|---|---|
| Play and history tracker | Available in the account: a full record of play and purchase history |
| Purchase or session limits | No self-service tool; request by emailing support |
| Cool-off or self-exclusion | No self-service tool; request by emailing support |
| Age minimum | 18+ |
How to protect yourself at LoneStar Casino
Use the play and history tracker to keep an honest eye on your activity, and set a spending limit before making any purchase. Because LoneStar’s limits, breaks, and exclusions all require emailing support rather than flipping a settings toggle, request them ahead of time instead of waiting until you need one. Only download the app from Apple’s App Store, and as with any sweepstakes casino, only play with an amount you’re comfortable not seeing again.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 5.0 for UX and responsible gaming
A clean, refreshed lobby, both coin balances always in view, live chat reachable from the lobby, and a new iOS app put LoneStar at the “best in class” top score, with the app boost on top. Thin self-service responsible-gaming tools are the one real knock.
LoneStar Casino benefits for existing users | 4.6/5
LoneStar gives players plenty of reasons to keep logging in: a rebuilt daily bonus, a seven-tier VIP program, rotating tournaments and prize drops, and a referral bonus.
LoneStar Casino daily login bonus
LoneStar rebuilt its daily bonus in 2026 around a 7-day streak and a currency called Stars. Claiming every day builds to 150 Stars, which unlocks a Day 6 Grand Prize of 30,000 GC and 2 SC.
| Day | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | 2,000 | 0.2 |
| 2 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 3 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 4 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 5 | 8,000 | 0.4 |
| 6 | 8,000 + 30,000 Grand Prize | 0.4 + 2 Grand Prize |
| 7 | 2,000 (cycle restarts) | 0.2 |
That adds up to 4.4 free SC and 74,000 GC in the first week, one of the strongest weekly SC totals we’ve tracked.
LoneStar Casino loyalty and VIP program
LoneStar’s seven-tier loyalty program runs from Bronze to Master. Points come from both purchases and play, Gold Coin play included, and they never expire.
| VIP tier | Points required | Key perks |
|---|---|---|
| 🥉 Bronze | 0 | Standard daily login bonus |
| 🥈 Silver | 1,000 | 🎂 Birthday gift (free GC/SC) |
| 🥇 Gold | 5,000 | ⚡ 24/7 priority support and faster prize redemptions |
| 🌹 Rose Gold | 15,000 | 🤝 Personal VIP host and exclusive game access |
| 💚 Green | 40,000 | 🎯 Daily challenges and mission-style bonus goals |
| 🦪 Pearl | 100,000 | 👕 Official LoneStar merchandise |
| 👑 Master | 250,000 | 🎁 Weekly bonuses and invitations to VIP-only events |
The perks stay light until Gold, then get meaningful. The 250 VIP Points in the $24.99 offer cover a quarter of the way to Silver, while the $99.99 bundle’s 1,000 points get there immediately.
Other LoneStar Casino promos
Beyond the daily bonus and VIP program, LoneStar runs a steady mix of recurring promotions.
- Tournaments and leaderboards: rolling leaderboard events, often built around a single provider or new release. The recent Greek Glory Tournament had a 50,000 free SC prize pool.
- Lucky Blast prize drops: random prize drops during play.
- Provider prize wheels: wheel prizes unlocked by making progress on a specific provider’s games.
- Bonus spin drops: a small batch of bonus spins lands about every other month.
- Social media giveaways: bonus coins for follows, comments, and shares on Facebook, Instagram, and X.
- Refer-a-friend: up to 200,000 GC + 70 SC per friend, paid as 100,000 GC + 20 SC after their first qualifying purchase and another 100,000 GC + 50 SC after their second.
None of these require a promo code. LoneStar doesn’t use promo codes for existing players.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 4.6 for benefits for existing users
4.4 free SC in the first week, a 74,000 GC haul, several kinds of recurring promos, and a real referral bonus put LoneStar in the “industry leader” band. Just 0.2 SC on Day 1 keeps it out of the benefits boost, which requires at least 0.3 SC on day one.
LoneStar Casino customer support | 4.4/5
LoneStar offers three support channels, and we tested the two that matter most. Here’s how each one stacks up.
| Customer support method | Available? | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Live chat | ✅ All players | Real human support; 19 minutes to reach an agent in testing |
| ✅ | Via Zendesk; about 2 hours to a reply in testing | |
| FAQ | ✅ | Roughly 40 articles on payments, verification, and troubleshooting |
| Phone | ❌ | Not offered at any VIP tier |
When a couple of poker titles wouldn’t load during testing, an email to support got a reply about two hours later. The agent asked which games were affected and when, a genuine clarifying question rather than a canned response, and within an hour of our follow-up, Oasis Poker Classic and Texas Hold’em were working again.
Live chat, which LoneStar used to reserve for Gold-tier VIPs, is now open to every player and launches right from the lobby. It’s real, human chat, but the 19-minute wait to reach an agent is slow for a quick question.
Why LoneStar Casino gets a 4.4 for customer support
Real live chat for every player and a two-hour email reply earn LoneStar the customer support boost and an “above industry average” score. A slow 19-minute live chat wait and no phone option keep it from ranking higher.
Latest updates at LoneStar Casino
New releases on LoneStar right now include King of the Sky: Hit the Bonus, a Playson slot with two bonus rounds and a top win of 10,000x, and 4 Pots Riches: Hold and Win, where the Super Pot feature drives the biggest payouts. LoneStar also just wrapped its Greek Glory Tournament, which put a 50,000 free SC prize pool up for grabs.
Sweeps Coin play has ended for LoneStar players in Delaware. Gold Coin games are still available there, and September 21 was the last day to request redemptions on remaining SC.
Where is LoneStar Casino legal?
LoneStar operates under US sweepstakes law, which is what allows it to offer free play and prize redemptions in most states.
No purchase necessary
No purchase is ever required to play at LoneStar or to win a prize. Gold Coins are free to play, and Sweeps Coins can be earned at no cost through the welcome bonus, the daily login bonus, and promotions. Buying a Gold Coin package is optional and doesn’t improve the odds of winning.
State availability
LoneStar is available in most US states. All players must be 18+, and play is restricted in the following states:
AZ, CA, CT, DE, ID, IN, LA, MD, ME, MI, MT, NJ, NV, NY, OK, TN, WA & WVIn every other state, players can play and redeem sweepstakes prizes.
Is LoneStar Casino safe and legit?
Yes. LoneStar is a legitimate sweepstakes casino run by an established company, with sensible security and a strong player rating.
What is LoneStar Casino?
LoneStar Casino is an online sweepstakes casino built on the standard dual-currency model: Gold Coins (GC) for free, no-cash-value play, and Sweeps Coins (SC), which can be redeemed for real prizes once a playthrough requirement clears. No purchase is ever required to play or to redeem a prize. The Texas theme shows up mostly in the name and branding rather than in the games themselves.
Who owns LoneStar Casino
LoneStar is operated by RealPlay Tech Inc., a Delaware-based company that also runs RealPrize. It launched in April 2025, which still places it among the new sweepstakes casinos worth watching.
How GC and SC work at LoneStar
Gold Coins carry no cash value and exist purely for entertainment, the same way they work at social casinos, and every game can be played in GC mode. Sweeps Coins are the redeemable currency, earned free through the welcome bonus, the daily login bonus, and promotions, or bundled with Gold Coin purchases. Once SC clear a 1x playthrough, they can be redeemed for a gift card at 45 SC or a cash prize at 100 SC.
Security and fair play
The site uses SSL encryption, and its games come from reputable, Random Number Generator (RNG)-certified providers such as Fantasma and Kalamba. LoneStar also follows sweepstakes law by restricting play in the states listed above. One safety note bears repeating: the “LoneStar” apps on Google Play aren’t from RealPlay Tech, so the App Store and the official website are the only safe places to play.
Reviews and ratings
LoneStar holds a strong 4.5-star cumulative rating on Trustpilot, where players praise the first-purchase bonus, the video poker, the game selection, the referral program, and regular social giveaways:
- “Great game selection and amazing welcome offer… the slots also hit, the possibility of winning a good prize is available here.” (Nicholas D’Aiello)
- “Large selection of games, if you enjoy RealPrize this website will be fun for you as well.” (Jason Farrar)
LoneStar Casino vs. other sweepstakes casinos
LoneStar’s biggest edges over this group are its 45 SC gift card option paired with a first-week daily bonus worth 4.4 free SC, plus real live chat for every player.
| Sweepstakes casino | No-purchase bonus | First-purchase bonus | SC playthrough | Min. redemption | Total games | Live chat | LSR rating |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LoneStar | 100,000 GC + 2.5 SC | 125,000 GC + 50 SC for $24.99 | 1x | 45 SC (gift card) / 100 SC (cash) | 612 | All players | 4.4/5 |
| RealPrize | 100,000 GC + 2 SC | 625,000 GC + 125 SC for $100 | Not stated | 45 SC (gift card) / 100 SC (cash) | 500+ | Not stated | 4.6/5 |
| McLuck | 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC | 120,000 GC + 60 SC for $29.99 | 1x | ~10 SC (gift card) / ~75 SC (cash) | 1,000+ | After a purchase | 4.6/5 |
| SpinBlitz | 7,500 GC + 2.5 SC | 120,000 GC + 50 SC + 50 bonus spins for $29.99 | 1x | 10 SC (gift card) / 50-75 SC (cash) | 1,500+ | No (email form) | 4.6/5 |
McLuck and SpinBlitz both offer lower gift card minimums and bigger libraries, and McLuck has native apps on both iOS and Android. LoneStar counters with far more Gold Coins at sign-up, live chat for every player (McLuck gates it behind a purchase, and SpinBlitz has none), and a deeper table game lineup. Against sister site RealPrize, the redemption minimums match. LoneStar’s edge there is its daily login bonus and a cheaper $24.99 entry point to a big SC bundle.

LoneStar Casino pros and cons

- Strong first-purchase value | $24.99 buys 125,000 GC plus 50 free SC, a 2x SC return on the price.

- Generous daily bonus | The rebuilt login streak pays 4.4 free SC in the first week.
Cons
- Standard cash minimum | Cash prizes require 100 SC, which is typical but not generous.
- Slow live chat | Reaching a human agent took 19 minutes in testing.
- No Android app | Android players are limited to the mobile site, and fake “LoneStar” apps on Google Play add risk.
- Manual RG tools | Purchase limits, cool-offs, and self-exclusion all require emailing support.
