Hard Rock Bet has launched Stats Hub, a sports betting insights tool powered by GTG Network, as part of a broader industry push to bolster in-app user experiences.

The feature launched on Friday and is now live in all eight states where Hard Rock Bet is operational, including Florida, where the company remains the only mobile sportsbook in the most populous state with legal sports betting.

Stats Hub aims to provide bettors with player trends, game data, and team insights directly within the sportsbook. The tool includes sortable categories such as player prop trends, line movement, form indicators, and parlay analysis, allowing users to explore betting angles without leaving the app, according to a press release.

Hard Rock Bet and GTG Network partnership

GTG Network’s content engine powers the tool, which GTG CEO Nathan Rothschild called a “major milestone” for the company.

“Hard Rock Digital is strategically positioned with unique assets and we’re excited to be driving value across many different divisions,” Rothschild said in a statement. “Delivering an entirely customized offering will ensure an outstanding experience for Hard Rock Bet’s customers.”

Mike Primeaux, the managing director of product and technology at Hard Rock Digital, said the new Stats Hub is part of a larger product strategy aimed at engaging users through more intelligent betting content.

“From our all-new Stats Hub to unique content across social media, web, and marketing, we’re thrilled to be incorporating GTG’s data and insights into our Hard Rock Bet player experience,” Primeaux said. “We look forward to continuing to integrate these powerful tools and enhancements across our products to create a more engaging betting experience.”

Sports betting apps bolster insights

The addition comes amid a broader trend in online sports betting where operators are investing in in-app data tools to keep users from turning to third-party analytics sources.

FanDuel recently added similar features with its “Now Your Way” betting product, which incorporates player performance visuals into its parlay builder to replicate services offered by external platforms like Props.Cash and Outlier.Bet.

GTG Network, founded in 2012, provides a range of sports betting content tools and casual games, including pick’em contests, trivia, and arcade games. Hard Rock plans to incorporate GTG’s tools across in-app and off-platform channels, including social media and marketing.

The product enhancement builds on Hard Rock’s recent momentum, particularly in Florida, where it relaunched mobile betting in late 2023. Playtech, a minority stakeholder in Hard Rock Digital, recently said its investment has doubled in value since the app’s return.
