MLB Home Run Odds: Bet365 Saturday Slugger Promo

This weekend, the bet365 Sportsbook “Saturday Slugger” promo is once again available to bettors at the online betting site. With this offer, you’ll receive bonus bets if players hit home runs in the games linked to the promotion.

Below, we’ll examine some players who have a chance to hit one out of the park this Saturday.

MLB home run promos and offers

What is the bet365 Saturday Slugger promo?

With the bet365 Saturday Slugger promotion, you’ll start by needing to wager $50 or more on a same-game parlay or a standard parlay that includes a specific game that this promo designates each week. The final odds of the parlay must be +100 or greater.

You’ll receive $10 in bonus bets per home run hit in the designated game from here. If no home runs are hit, you’ll still get a $10 bonus bet.

If $50 is too much, this offer does scale down. If you wager between $20 and $50, you’ll get $5 per home run, instead (and still $5 if there are no homers in the game).

You must place the wager for the promotion before 7 a.m. ET on Saturday.

Favorites to hit a home run this weekend

Kerry Carpenter (Tigers vs. Yankees)

Carpenter returned to the Tigers’ lineup on Aug. 13 for the first time since May 26. He’s already hit three home runs in his first two games back.

He’s on a tear, and this Saturday, he’ll face Carlos Rodon, who’s third worst in the majors in HR/9 ratio at 1.64.

Rodon has allowed a home run in 16 of his 24 starts. Before his last start, he had allowed a home run in every start dating back to June 15.

Jose Ramirez (Guardians vs. Brewers)

Though he has 31 home runs on the season, Ramirez has had a bit of a cold streak, hitting just one over his past five games. He’ll have a chance to get his 32nd as he takes on Freddy Peralta on Saturday.

Peralta is 7-7 with a 4.11 ERA this season. He’s allowed seven home runs over his last five starts and ranks eighth worst in the majors in HR/9 at 1.44. Like Rodon, he’s allowed a home run in 16 of his 24 starts.

Marcell Ozuna (Braves vs. Angels)

Coming in with a rate of 1.54 HR/9 on the season, Griffin Canning will be the Angels’ starting pitcher on Saturday, where he’ll take on the Braves and Marcell Ozuna

This season, Ozuna is hitting .299 with a .582 slugging percentage. He also has 35 home runs. Over his last five games, he’s hit one home run.

Canning has an ERA of 5.11 and has allowed four home runs over his last five games. Right-handed batters are hitting .257/.312/.407 against Canning with nine home runs.
