The Washington Commanders bounced back from a blowout home loss to the Buffalo Bills and nearly beat the Eagles in Philadelphia on Sunday. Sam Howell has taken a league-high 27 sacks and is on pace to break the record of 76 sacks absorbed in a season.
Jacksonville Jaguars at Buffalo Bills
Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET, NFL Network
The Jacksonville Jaguars stay in London after beating the Falcons, 23-7, at Wembley Stadium. They will shift hotels and prepare to face the Bills at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Jacksonville has the fourth-lowest conversion rate on third down (29.7%) and fourth down (16.7%) during a 2-2 start.
After dropping their opener at the Jets, the Buffalo Bills have defeated their last three opponents by a collective score of 123-33. They lost top cornerback Tre’Davious White (Achilles) to a season-ending injury during a pivotal win over the Dolphins.
Houston Texans at Atlanta Falcons
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, Fox
The Houston Texans have roared to consecutive wins with C.J. Stroud (36-for-60, 586 passing yards, 4 TDs, 115 rating) leading the way. Stroud is now the favorite to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award, and the Texans are in the thick of the AFC South race.
The Atlanta Falcons have only managed 10 points over their last two losses, with Desmond Ridder (40-for-69, 392 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs, 66.8 rating) struggling to beat opposing pass defenses. Bijan Robinson entered the season as the favorite to win Offensive Rookie of the Year, and the Texas product has averaged 6.0 yards per carry through his first four NFL games.
Carolina Panthers at Detroit Lions
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, Fox
The Carolina Panthers placed top cornerback Jaycee Horn (hamstring) on injured reserve and lost cornerback Donte Jackson (shoulder) during a 21-13 home loss to the Vikings in Week 4. Bryce Young (ankle) returned to his starting role after Andy Dalton filled in during Week 3.
The Detroit Lions turned in a dominant win in a Thursday night matchup against the Packers despite dealing with key injuries across their offensive line and throughout their secondary. David Montgomery (thigh) returned from a one-game absence and rushed for 121 yards with three touchdowns in the victory.
Tennessee Titans at Indianapolis Colts
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, CBS
The Tennessee Titans got Derrick Henry (22 carries, 122 yards, TD) back on track and smothered the injury-riddled Bengals in a Week 4 home win. The Titans have dropped three straight division games after winning their previous five AFC South contests.
Anthony Richardson nearly led the Indianapolis Colts to a record-setting comeback on Sunday when they scored 23 unanswered points to force overtime in an eventual loss. Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is eligible to return in Week 5 if the Colts open his practice window ahead and activate him for the contest.
New York Giants at Miami Dolphins
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, Fox
The New York Giants have narrowly avoided an 0-4 start thanks only to a comeback win at Arizona in Week 2. Saquon Barkley suffered an ankle injury at the end of that game. The Giants have averaged the fewest points per game (11.5) through four weeks.
The Miami Dolphins scored 70 points in Week 3 and gave up 48 points in a loss at Buffalo the following Sunday. Rookie running back De’Von Achane has emerged as another weapon in a fast-paced offense that is full of speedsters.
New Orleans Saints at New England Patriots
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, CBS
The New Orleans Saints welcomed Alvin Kamara back from suspension in Week 4 as Derek Carr battled through a shoulder sprain in a 26-9 division loss to the Bucs. Kamara caught 13 passes for 33 yards in his return, and leading receiver Chris Olave was held to one catch for four yards.
The New England Patriots were missing cornerback Jonathan Jones (ankle) ahead of a tough Week 4 matchup at Dallas, and rookie cornerback Christian Gonzalez (shoulder) got injured during the blowout loss. Matthew Judon (biceps) will likely miss multiple weeks.
Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers
Sunday, 1 p.m. ET, CBS
The Baltimore Ravens are playing their second straight divisional road game after throttling the Browns and rookie quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson. They’ve been missing tackle Ronnie Stanley, cornerback Marlon Humphrey, and safety Marcus Williams for multiple weeks.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have averaged the fourth-fewest yards per game (263) during a 2-2 start, and they lost quarterback Kenny Pickett to a knee injury during a blowout loss in Houston. Veteran defensive lineman Cam Heyward (groin) is on injured reserve, but T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith lead one of the most effective pass rushes in football.
Philadelphia Eagles at Los Angeles Rams

The Philadelphia Eagles overcame an early 17-7 deficit to beat Washington in Week 4. Opponents are passing at the second-highest rate (72.9%) against Philadelphia’s defense, with several defensive backs and linebackers out early in the season due to injury.
The Los Angeles Rams are using a pass-heavy approach, with rookie Puka Nacua serving as Matthew Stafford’s top target. Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is eligible to return in Week 5. The Rams defense has held opponents to the second-lowest conversion rate (25.7%) on third down.
Cincinnati Bengals at Arizona Cardinals
Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET, Fox
The Cincinnati Bengals are 1-3 with Joe Burrow (calf) off to the worst start of his young career. Tee Higgins suffered a fractured rib during their 27-3 loss at Tennessee in Week 4.
The Arizona Cardinals are averaging the fourth-most rushing yards per game (143.5) through four weeks, with veteran James Conner handling the bulk of the work out of the backfield. Rookie Michael Wilson has emerged as a downfield weapon for Josh Dobbs. Kyler Murray (knee) is not expected to return in Week 5.
New York Jets at Denver Broncos
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS
The New York Jets signed Trevor Siemian prior to a Week 4 home game against the Chiefs, and Zach Wilson (28-for-39, 245 passing yards, 2 TDs) responded with his best start of the season. The Jets offense is averaging 13.8 points per game through four weeks.
The Denver Broncos rallied from a 28-7 deficit to score their first win of the season in Week 4 at Chicago. Russell Wilson is averaging 253.5 passing YPG with a 106.7 rating over four starts under new head coach Sean Payton. Denver’s defense is allowing the most yards per game (458.3) this season.
Kansas City Chiefs at Minnesota Vikings
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS
The Kansas City Chiefs got Travis Kelce (knee) back from injury and won three straight games after dropping their opener to the Lions. Their defense has been among the league leaders in most categories, with Trent McDuffie and L’Jarius Sneed leading the secondary.
The Minnesota Vikings overcame a pair of interceptions thrown by Kirk Cousins in the red zone to beat the Panthers in Week 4. Justin Jefferson leads the NFL with 543 receiving yards through four games.
Dallas Cowboys at San Francisco 49ers
Sunday Night Football, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC
The Dallas Cowboys rebounded from a stunning loss in Arizona to smash the Patriots, 38-3, with their defense turning three turnovers into two touchdowns. Micah Parsons tweaked his knee but returned to action in Week 4. The Cowboys lost Trevon Diggs (ACL) for the season prior to Week 3.
The San Francisco 49ers have won 14 straight regular season games, with Christian McCaffrey scoring 17 touchdowns and averaging 124.9 scrimmage yards per game in those contests. The Niners have scored 30-plus points in 11 of 13 games that Brock Purdy has started.
Green Bay Packers at Las Vegas Raiders
Monday Night Football, 8:15 p.m. ET, ABC, ESPN
The Green Bay Packers pulled off a late comeback to beat the Saints in their home opener, then suffered a blowout loss to the Lions the following Thursday night at Lambeau Field. Aaron Jones and Christian Watson were both limited by hamstring injuries in Week 4.
The Las Vegas Raiders have dealt with concussions to Jakobi Meyers and quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Davante Adams was evaluated for a concussion in Week 2 and suffered a shoulder injury during a Week 4 loss to the Chargers.
