BetMGM Sportsbook preview of NFL Week 1 — Kansas City Chiefs vs. Arizona Cardinals
Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs head south to Arizona to take on Kyler Murray and the Arizona Cardinals in an NFL Week 1 matchup on Sept. 11 at 1:25 p.m. PT. BetMGM currently has the Chiefs at -250 on the moneyline to win this game. They are also 6-point favorites over the Cardinals, and the over/under is at 53.5 points. This is the highest projected point total of any Week 1 NFL game.
There were a few big wide receiver moves in the offseason for both of these teams, as Marquise “Hollywood” Brown is now a Cardinal, Tyreek Hill is now a Dolphin and JuJu Smith-Schuster is now a Chief. This could change the dynamic of the offenses we are used to, but it should be a good battle between Mahomes and Murray regardless.
