Browns Vs. Texans Wild Card Props: Top Player Props & Odds For Today

The wild card round in the NFL playoffs kicks off this weekend with six games, including the Cleveland Browns on the road against the Houston Texans. This is the first game of the postseason, kicking off at 4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday. The Browns are on the spread and on the moneyline. The Texans, meanwhile, are on the moneyline. 

Wild card round player props: Browns vs. Texans

In Week 18, the Browns sat most of their starters on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals, losing 31-14. The Texans went on the road against the Indianapolis Colts in a game where the winner would be the AFC South champ. The Texans won 23-19. Quarterback C.J. Stroud completed 20 of 26 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns, and running back Devin Singletary had 24 carries for 63 yards and a touchdown. Wide receiver Nico Collins had nine catches for 195 yards and a touchdown.

Anytime TD props for Browns vs. Texans

Heading into the postseason, the Texans’ top touchdown scorer is Collins. He finished the regular season with 109 targets, 80 receptions, 1,297 yards, and eight touchdowns. As mentioned, he had nearly 200 receiving yards and scored in Week 18. The Browns’ top touchdown scorer this season has been running back Kareem Hunt. He finished the year with 135 carries for 411 yards and nine touchdowns. However, since Joe Flacco’s first start — against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 13 — tight end David Njoku has scored four touchdowns. 

Quarterback passing props for Browns vs. Texans

Joe Flacco became the starter for the Browns in Week 13. He’s thrown multiple passing touchdowns in every game since. Stroud missed a few weeks with a concussion but started in Weeks 17 and 18, passing for one touchdown in Week 17 and two in Week 18. He has eight games this season with multiple passing touchdowns.

In Week 16, Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper broke the franchise record for most receiving yards in a game with 265. He sat in Weeks 17 and 18 due to injury and rest. In Week 18, Collins had nearly 200 receiving yards. Tight end David Njoku has had 91 receiving yards or more in three of his last four games. 

Rushing yard props for Browns vs. Texans

The Texans split carries between Devin Singletary and Dameon Pierce throughout the year, finishing with 216 and 145 carries, respectively. Singletary has had 16 carries or more in three of his last four games and four with 20+ carries. 

The Browns are structured similarly, as Jerome Ford had 204 carries in the regular season compared to Hunts’ 135. Ford had 813 rushing yards, and Hunt had 411.
